Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, returns and exchanges are permitted within 30 days of the date of your purchase from oriental jade jewelry.com. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable. We cannot accept returns and exchanges after the 30 day period. Before returning any product, please email us and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You must post the (RMA) number on outside return package when returning. No returns will be accepted without a RMA number. When you email us about any return or exchange please state the order number and the reason for the exchange or return. We will send you an email reply with the RMA number and instructions on how to return. If you are returning a Jade bangle for a different size than the size that you ordered, please state that in your email and we will work with you to get you the correct size. Returns need to be carefully packed and in the same gift box or silk pouch that it came in. Please make that your return package is insured for the full value of the product; this is for your protection.
Standard Delivery – U.S. Priority Mail
Your in-stock Jewelry will be shipped within 48 hours of the receipt of your order. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we’ll let you know the expected delivery date. Our carriers require a street address. Shipping and handling charges for item delivered to a US address will be $9.75. Shipping and handling charges for Canadian deliveries will be $14.00 . All other countries will be $21.50 if applicable.
